Who's Behind Become Unbreakable?
I’m Nathan Anderson. A few years ago, my life looked solid on paper: Good marriage. Three great kids. A career I enjoyed. A strong reputation.
But inside, I knew I was drifting. I wasn’t failing… but I wasn’t growing. Comfort was quietly consuming me. I was becoming a man I wouldn’t respect — and that scared me more than anything.
Then 2021 hit, and I realized if I didn’t change, I was going to look back in 10 years and hate the man I’d become.
So I started small. Setting a simple code. Getting up when it was dark. Lifting, walking, rebuilding my body brick by brick. Re-centering everything on faith, family, and purpose.
Everything changed when I realized I didn’t need motivation. I needed a system.
